Previously he has been in top management positions of large companies, with responsibilities in R&D, Quality Management, GMP in nutrition, medical and pharmaceutical industries.

After studying medicine with a doctorate she has acquired a Master in Total Quality Management (University of Kaiserslautern) and a Master in Business Management (University of Bradford).
